Hi

Assuming this is Movie Edit Pro 2021 - this is a known issue with some installations - download and re-install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015, 2017, 2019 Redistributable from here.

Install only the x86 and x64 versions do not  install the ARM version - this should fix the issue.

Thanks. Don’t know if I’ll have luck. I uninstalled it already. When I reinstalled it When I gave my serial number it says it was incorrect. I contacted them directly about that. My serial number should be good.
