Exactly which version of MS do you have? If it is 17 or earlier then the correct forum for your questions is here. If it is version 18 or 2022 then you are in the correct forum.
If it is either of those most recent versions, please tell us a lot more about your computer (this post will show you what we really need to know) and exactly what happens when you attempt the install.
Magix Support is via a Ticket system. if you are a registered user of any of their products (and so have a Magix account) this page is where you start the process of creating a ticket. On each subsequent page make sure you always choose the option to "Ask Support". In my experience, this will produce a direct response within at most a couple of days.
With apologies, but I have hidden your post and video because a) it is really irrelevant to the question which @Stephen-Canchola has raised, and b) it has the potential to start a thread or series of posts which will simply rehash a lot of the arguments made in this forum over the past more than twelve months and has the potential to become heated and thus degenerate into a list of Rants.
