movie templates

I loaded m-deluxe pro 13 last year on a computer with xp and I got about 12 movie templates on installing, now installed on a new computer with windows 7 and i only have 1 movie template. Would be grateful to receive infos leading to getting those templates... thanks in advance.

Presumably you have a download version, and you have registered it at Magix. Open the program, and under Help you find the way to Updates and free Downloads

Do you mean Movie Edit Pro 2013 ?

If you have MEP 13 - then there should be no updates available as this is a very old version and out of support.

If it is MEP 2013 when you select Help, Updates and Downloads you should get this dialog box and it will indicated which extras have been installed as shown here.

Does the dialog box indicate that all the extras have been installed.
