Not without a lot more information.

We need the following:

  1. Computer specification and Windows version and whether 32 or 64 bit.
     
  2. Version of Movie Edit Pro and is it patched  up to date.
     
  3. Project settings
     
  4. Source / format of video on the timeline.
     
  5. Export settings you are using.

I fixed it by downloading the .mp4 codedec for Movie Edit Pro 2015.
