When I import my MTS files from my Canon camera, the video portion of the file plays back, but the audio will not. I have to use a program to convert the MTS files to WMV before they will play in the Magix Movie Edit Pro editing program. How can I transfer them directly without having to convert them first?

Which version do you have? Basic, Plus or Premium?
Which update of Windows 10? One of them caused problems.
Go under Help, About. What is the version? I have 18.0.1.209, which is the latest update. If you don't have this, then go to Help, Update online.
Did you also download and install all of the Extra content?
For information on problems about audio and MTS files, scroll down on the forum and look at the titles. Do a search for "MTS" and limit it to the last 6 months.
