I just pay for the $59.99 for the 2023 Music Maker. It has been charged to my account but I cannot use it because it did not download!

@Leisa-Filiatrault Disable Windows Defender or your firewall and antivirus temporarily. Sometimes they will block the download. Then it should work fine. You can enable them again after the download has finished.
