Make sure to include all relevant details regarding your problem, including the operating system you're using MMJ on, as well as the exact version of the app you're currently running. You will also find an option to get in touch with us from the settings menu within the app, in which case relevant technical details that we might be interested in for the troubleshooting would already be attached to your message automatically.
