Hi and welcome to the forum.

You can download, from here, and install the trial version of Music Maker and try it for 30 days. The trial version will be limited in available Soundpools, Instruments and effects, however it will give you a good idea of its capabilities. On purchase you gain all the additional content and features for the full program.

There are some video tutorials here about getting started with Music Maker. In addition there are many videos on Youtube that may also help. They may be older than the current version, however the principles are the same.

What are you intentions for the creations you produce?
