I JUST PURCHASED and now it won't let me register. When I log in, it says already registered, but my pc will not get past the register and activate screen. I'm stuck in a loop and this makes me angry. HELP!!!

Error -24 means the serial number has already been registered to another email address.

This can be caused by:

Entering an email address, that is not the same as you purchased the software with, or there is a typo in the address.

If you purchased a previously owned version of Movie Studio, the original owner has not contacted Magix to have the serial number released before offering the software for sale. In this case you need to contact the previous owner and ask them to request Magix to release the serial number stating they have sold the software.
