My installation files are not downloading (Video PRO X11)

Whenever I download the installer for Video Pro X 11 (That's the version I purchased), the installer will just not download the required components, staying at 0% and stopping the "download attempt" every few seconds. How can I get it to download?
I use Windows 10 and are trying to install on a secondary HDD, as my boot up is done from a low storage SSD.

@hec580 Ask infoservice@magix.net for a direct download link. I think the servers can't handle the load with all the Magix Humble Bundle sales going on at the moment.

Try turning off any anti-virus program you may be using. It will block any false positives it finds of which there may be many in the download.
