My Products were deleted...

I was logged in 2 days ago, and I could see all the products I have bought, I then downloaded 2 of them to my new computer. After I did that suddenly the next time I logged in, all my products were GONE! Then when I tried to log in the next morning, I was locked out! I started a support ticket to help me with installing Music Maker on my new computer, and that worked, but it will not let me register it on my new computer. THEN, it would not let me use Movie Edit Pro on my new computer either!
PLEASE HELP!

Please do not post personal information in the forum.

Information such as phone number, email address, serial numbers, order numbers etc should not be posted in the forum - it is the quickest way of having your product hi-jacked and also having scammers call you asking for access to your computer.

Where did you purchase the products from?

I believe I bought Movie Edit Pro from the internet, maybe Amazon. The others I am not sure, it was 5 years ago, but I think from the Magix website... maybe?

Why was everything there one day, and gone the next? I need access to these programs on my new computer so I can create ads for my business. My old laptop is just too old and just does not run well anymore.
PLEASE HELP!

Forgetting the laptop for the moment, as it sounds like the hard drive is failing, and concentrating on the new PC

What error message are getting when you try to register the program - quote the full Error code and message.

Was this installed and working on the new PC then stopped working?

We also need your new computers specification - Windows version, Antivirus used, both programs full names, variant and version numbers as found under Help, About - see this topic for more details of exactly what is required and my Signature as an example

Going out on a tangent - has any one had or asked for remote access to your laptop or PC?

These are user to user forums so no-one who posts here has any access to your account and so really cannot help you!

Are you sure you logged in with all the correct details, email address, password? I can think of no reason at all why all your products were gone. When I look at my account I see all the products I have bought direct from Magix, going back 15 years or more.

If you are sure all your login details are correct but can definitely see nothing showing in your account, you will need to contact Magix customer service through infoservice@magix.net and ask for their help.
