OS / Windows 10. Voucher code declared invalid. Product could not be activate. Unable to get serial number. Is there a number I can call or an email address I can write to to get help?
No, I bought the product from the magix website, not best buy. After installing the program successfully, I was prompted to "Let's Get Started". When I responded to the prompt, I was asked to enter my serial number for program activation. I had no serial number. I fumbled around the varies sites at magix.com and happened upon an activation page that asked for my voucher code. When I submitted the code, the program said the code was invalid because it had already been used. I need a serial number. What must I do to get one?

On completion of the purchase you would have been sent a confirmation email which also contains your serial number - which is in the format P3- XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX - it is also best to copy and paste the whole serial number including the P3-.
If you do not have the confirmation email check your email spam folder, they sometimes end up there.
