I am new to the Magix product as I was using it to cut a memorial video for a Child's wake tomorrow. Everything was working perfectly however now I am crashing. I still see the project backups however I cannot move within the timeline without it crashing. If there is anyone interested in helping me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

Unfortunately without a lot more information from you as requested in this sticky topic it is impossible to say what may be the cause, but crashes are often related to a lack of physical ram in a system as the project expands in either complexity or length. Equally though it could be something else like an unsupported video format clip that has been added to the timeline. I doubt you are going to get a resolution to this within your time limit as some of us answering here are UK based and in is late night.

The error is "smwrapper_avx_x64.dll" It worked perfectly for 3 days. I am right at the end.
The ones I created yes.
I mean the automatic backup files like ...BAK0.MV_
Go to File, Load Backup Project and open the latest that worked.
Did you add any media just before it started crashing?
We still need more info as Ray mentioned.

Exactly which Magix product are you using?
I ask because I have both Movie Edit Pro and Video Pro X running on my machine, but a search for the .dll file you listed shows it does not exist anywhere on my machine.
Hence, I wonder whether you are actually running one of the Magix Vegas range of products? If so, the correct forum to ask your questions is here.
This forum here is the correct one for Movie Studio 18 but enquiries for any other "version" of Movie Studio are handled on that Vegas forum.
