@Jeremy-Wallace You can cancel the loops unlimited subscription in the welcome screen of Music Maker (if I remember correctly the button is on the right side under your login name and called "manage my subscriptions"). Otherwise you can contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net and ask tell them you want to cancel.

These are user to user forums so no-one who visits and posts here can do anything to help you resolve the issue of the non-cancellation of your Loops Unlimited subscription, sorry. We are certainly not taking money from your account!

Also, much as we might sympathise with you, to threaten to involve the Australian federal police is not really going to help since Magix is a German company!

However, to try to help you: which email address have you been using to send your notice of cancellation? Has your own email address changed at any time since the date you started the subscription, and now? Also, have you recently logged into your Magix account and checked the information there? Does the "My contracts" section show you any information?
