Hi Richard.

We will need a complete rundown of your pc specs,version of Movie Edit Pro and and operating system version including current build. (Windows)

In the mean time try checking your antivirus isn't stopping or blocking some of the download.

The reason we (forum members) need all this information is because there could be many reasons for a given problem.

I haven't seen this one before but I'm suspecting a missing Windows update.
