Exactly which version of MEP do you have? All recent versions are not designed to run under Win 7.

I don't recall at this since I'm not in front of my computer but I uninstalled it and installed the previous version and still having the issue.

From your last post here you were using Movie Edit Pro (MEP) 2021 I would therefore assume that the new patch means you have upgraded to Movie Edit Pro 2022.

MEP 2022 is not compatible with Windows 7, the program error, which has been seen before, is indicating an issue with the drivers and/or the Direct X installation of the graphics card.

There is some confusion over your computer specification:

above you say Windows 7, in another duplicate post 30 mins prior to you posting this topic, and now hidden, you say windows 10, I7 3400 10gen CPU.

An i7 3400 would be a 3rd gen processor not a 10th generation.

If the processor is a i7-3700 then the computer is below the minimum specification required for running MEP 2022.

Please give the correct computer specifications.
