To add to what @PATIENT-X has written, you say you were trying to download MEP Premium but it does not accept the serial number. The serial number is not needed to download the software (the actual initial download is the Installation Manager which controls the subsequent download of the needed files); the serial number is needed when attempting to activate and register the product.

So, please tell us, step by step, exactly what you are doing, what happens and the exact wording of any error message(s) you receive. With this level of detail we should be able to help you.

It might also be helpful if you were to post details of your computer specification; this post will show you the sort of details we really need.
