Anyone else lost all previous content, ie magix intros and templates? I bought the new 2021 version and now cannot find any of the older intros, also the Chroma Key is useless now turning the chroma selected colour to grey, it is useless now...

Did you download and install the Extra Content again? Upgrading to MEP 2021 is the equivalent to a new install.

Yes, thanks the extra did not include much of the stuff I have accumulated over 14 years of each update, I gained many "free" extras with update and purchases and these are no longer available (I am not meaning catooh purchases)...even soundtracks have gone and despite " trying the recover store library" none are to be found...the worst of it is the greenscreen change which simply turns the green,blue, black or white to grey and nothing shows through using any of the adjustments to chroma. gutted.

There is no guarantee that any effects pre MEP 2015 will work, many were locked to the program they came with.
If you had MEP 2015 and/or MEP 2016 installed, you should have these Intro-Outros
Chromakey Green does work correctly, however the green must be of a certain Hue or 'greener' see this comment
If the green you are trying to key does not fit in the range shown in the comment linked to - use the Chromakey Color option and drag a marquee over the green area you want to key.

I haven't got those intros /out's and I did have each version of magix over the years, buying every version annually. I have tried to use the colour "optomiser" to improve the green and blue black etc but all appear to be grey no matter what I do to MMEPP.

Do you mean soundtracks that you purchased through the in-app Store? They should all show up. You may have to wait for a minute for the Audio tab to populate. You'll have to download them again.
Other things that you may have purchased and added will have to be copied to new locations if they weren't automatically copied over. The newer versions do not use ProgramData but now put everything under:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Videocontent
so you should look at this and copy over missing things from older versions to the corresponding locations.
It's hard to know what you are missing because you haven't specified anything. Generalized sweeping statements don't help.
I have lost nothing over the years, or at least, nothing that I needed or noticed.
