Magix 2026 Premium user. I had to cancel a credit card due to unauthorized charges made by a consumer. By doing so I could no longer be charged for my subscription for loops unlimited. How can I provide my updated credit card information, for my subscription for loops unlimited?
Because no-one who posts here has access to any Magix account information, other than their own, I think you will need to email infoservice@magix.net and request their help in resolving this specific problem.
I don't know if Magix has a method of directly contacting any user whose subscription method of payment is no longer "available" and hence an expected payment is not made, to ask that a new method be created. Or whether the subscription ceases immediately to be active.
