I have been struggling for days with support to get an MP4 file imported with sound. Media player plays it fine. But Move Edit Pro Plus 2016 and now 2019 both pull the video just fine but no audio at all. I even paid the extra money without being able to test for the HEVC pack and that didn't change a thing. Now I'm in for the cost of a support ticket, the cost to upgrade to 2019 and then the extra pack and I still can't hear audio for the file inside either version of Movie Edit Pro Plus despite every other tool out there being able to do read it just fine. What am I missing?
