No authority to open a project file

I am not given authority to open a project file in Pro Premium. This is probably more a Windows problem but anyone might crossed this problem. The files are made in a version of Pro 16 Plus and I have just updated to Pro Premium. I must get in touch with administrator or owner of "object" but that is myself (!) so this is something ahead of my knowledege for the moment. I am using Windows 10. I did not have this problem with files made in Pro MX Plus DLV

Just a guess, may be a different user was used to create the project (old windows user) and the new windows user cannot open it for lack of permissions.

You may takeover the ownership of the file, I cannot remember exactly where it is but the button is somewhere inside (deep inside) the security tab after you right click properties on the file in Windows explorer. You may need to be in admin mode (admin user) for this.

or just add permissions for all users on that file (same under security tab) ?
