I have a copy of the music maker 2016 that i have buy in a thriftstore. Technicaly, if you go on the website of magix, they say you can send them a e-mail for reactivate your serial number. Unfortunatly, the do not do that anymore for the old version. What can i do?

@Maxime-Dub What do you mean with reactivation? Did you buy a pre-owned version of Music Maker? Then only the previous owner can initiate a license transfer. This can't be done by yourself.

If you are the original owner of the software, you can simply enter your old e-mail address and password you used back when registering the software. It should work fine.
