Hi I have VEGAS Movie Studio 15 & VEGAS Pro 15 Edit. I've had the programs for a couple years, using Movie Studio primarily and have never had any issues until now.

The movie studio 15 seems to have lost the text option to add subtitles to my videos. I went download the pro edit instead, but it won't let me. It only tells me I can download the Movie Studio again. When I try to remove the movie studio files from my computer, it says the program can't be removed because it is still running. However, it is NOT. It's not appearing in my task manager as running either. So I have no idea what i am supposed to do now! I need text options for my videos and trying to re-download or uninstall is not working. My windows is up to date and i'm using an Acer Aspire 5.
