Download and install MediaInfo and analyse one of the clips and post the results, see this tutorial if you are not familiar with MediaInfo on how to setup MediaInfo and analyse a video clip.
In the VPX Program settings, go to / Device options and change the Import / Processing / Export settings to use either Microsoft WARP or CPU and see if you can then see video within the editor.
If you can then it is possible that the program cannot use the inboard Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics chip yet.
The specs pace for VPX 13 has this information.
and could be the reason you cannot see video.
Try contacting Magix support for a definite answer if you can see video by changing the suggested sections above. I would be interested to see if this is the case.
