No video background objects under effects nor templates

I've noticed that there are no video background objects(effects) available in MEP Premium 2021 under effects nor templates , only image background objects. They were amongst image objects in MEP 2016 but can't find them now. When you right click on imported video and choose "background design" and "use movie file" then they're there, but no preview in that case.

Hi and welcome to the forum

Did you install all the Extra Content which includes additional Templates, Functions, Features etc?

If not do so the option is under Help., in the dialog that opens click the indicated option below.

If all the Extra content is installed - then the video background objects etc should be under the Templates tab as shown below

Hi John. Thank you for your reply. Yes, I installed extra content, there is nothing more to be downloaded. Maybe something went wrong and need to reinstall the whole program. On the picture you attached there is one more option under "movie templates & and editing templates"

Hi

From your images it looks like you have all the content and templates installed, as for the Themepacks my apologies I should have said you will not have the Themepacks as in my image, they are not included in the Extra Content downloads and are a separate purchases.
