No video when exporting

This is a new program for me. When I finish editing and want to export I get choppy sound and no video on the output file. What am I doing wrong.

First, please read this post and give us a lot more information about your computer, the version and variant of MEP you're using and quite specific details about the format of files you are using and about the desired export format.

With your help we may be able to suggest some ideas to you!
