(I don't see the no button, and don't know how to access the ticket online).

The remedies proposed haven't stopped Movie Studio from crashing/hanging.

None of the suggested answers appeared to be helpful.

 

In addition to what I wrote: I can work for some minutes, and then the program freezes and the screen gets white.

No other applications I use show this freezing behavior. Movie Studio shows it "constantly".
