Ordered Product no confirmation no email (help!)

Ordered Vegas Home Platinum last night. No confirmation, no download link post purchase, no confirmation e-mail. All Magix numbers are disconnected. There is no standard order email for service. Checked my bank and my card was charged. Now what? My proof of purchase is that my bank charged my card 4x Times!

Vegas products have their own forum - see this post.

You need to contact Sales at Magix through the Contact link at the bottom of every forum page rather than post in the forums as they are a user to user forum.
