Which version of Sound Forge do you have and where did you purchase it? When purchased directly from Magix, Sound Forge Pro-14 includes iZotope's Ozone Elements and RX Elements which have their own serial numbers and must be activated through iZotope. The serial numbers are emailed to you but can end up in one's spam or junk folder. Sound Forge AS (Audio Studio) does not include the iZotope Elements plugs.

btw, welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users forum @bob-lucido.

Upgrading to SF Pro is your decision. Ozone Elements can be purchased directly from iZotope (currently $29 usd... regularly $129) however SF Pro also includes the iZotope's RX Elements noise reduction plugs as well the many other plug-ins and the advanced features of SF Pro (see the Sound Forge comparision).

If you just recently upgraded from an earlier version, ask the Magix Customer Service Sales Team for a refund or credit to upgrade to SF Pro.

It might be more cost effective to wait until Black Friday and just get Ozone 9 as a separate app.
