Hello.
I probably have a really dumb question, but... Is it possible (in any way) to purchase a MAGIX product (Music Maker Plus, specifically) via QIWI service?

I want to know this because I don't have any credit cards that are eligible for making purchases over the internet in foreign stores. I do have a PayPal account, though, which is linked to my QIWI personal account. However, when I tried making a purchase using my PayPal account as a payment method, it failed. Most certainly due to the invalid Billing Address, which is a very annoying issue.

This is a user to user forum and not Magix Support or Sales.

The current payment methods are here, if you want to use alternative means of payment, I would suggest you contact the sales department.

Oh, I'm sorry - I just couldn't find the option to contact anyone about my question. And I also hoped that some people would know how to deal with this issue or may give advice.

I've looked through the "customer service" page again and it seems that the only suitable option for me is "purchase consultation" via e-mail, in this case?

No need to apologise - it is a little difficult finding contact email addresses, however it would seem that you hve to go through the consultation via email.

You could try - infoservice@magix.net - this the real and official e-mail address of Magix customer service, I found it here in a comment by a Magix employee.
