Never post your order or serial number in the forum nor give it to anyone if asked - the exception being if you have to contact support through the official channel, or you ring support.

What you posted looked like it was the serial number being asked for - the only problem with it was you had extra characters that are not part of the serial number.

The serial number is in the format P0-11111-22222-33333-44444-55555-66666.

You can find your serial number on the Magix website magix.com by:

1. clicking the My Account icon top right of the home page
    
2. login with the email address and password you registered the software with
    
3. click the My Products link

You will now see your registered products, serial numbers and download links.
