My program crashes imidiatly when opening an unfinished slideshow. It is generally working very slowly. I have bought many programs at Magix, but the quality seems to get poorer and poorer. I also have problems with my VideoPro program, which is fairly new. I keep receiving opertuneties to upgrade all the time, which is boaring. Shoud I invest in Pinnacle in stead?

Computer specification and Windows version- see this topic for details required.

What objects are on the timeline of the project - video and/or images?

If video, what format and resolution are the video files?

In Windows settings, Apps locate Magix Cloud - also known as Update Notifier (not Updater) Magix Connect and Network Sync - and uninstall it - this will stop the messages - you may also want to turn on Hide News in the program settings.
