Please help me! Please! [ERRORS]

I am so tired of my music maker being flooded with errors!

My version is the 2020 version.

First.

While I am using an instrument or adding a new one it doesn't allow me to put it in, stating "insufficient ram" .

Second.

When I try to open one of my projects I have worked on for months (has 30 seconds or less!) it literally opens just to close right after (around 10 seconds) !!!

Third.

I have this one instrument, the jazz drums, and every time I try to use it it states "instrument not found" !!

Why did I spend so much money on this program and so much time for nothing??? Somebody please help!!

I have the magix music maker premium.

It should work flawlessly.

@Diogo-Leite

Hi and welcome to the forum.

. . . . My version is the 2020 version . . . .

What is the version number as found under Help, About?

If it begins with 29 then you have upgraded to Music Maker (MMM) 2021 which would explain the issues you are having.

If this is the case see this comment

If this is not the case, then we need more information about your computer specification, Windows version and build number, MMM version - see this topic for details of what is required.

Also what sort of issues you are having ie describe what you were doing at the time of the crash or error message(s) appearing.
