Plug-in: Shall MAGIX add Lumetri?

amenproletar wrote on 11/1/2017, 2:28 PM

Hi Everyone in our MAGIX Support community. I am a MAGIX user and I recently got Movie Edit Pro 2015. Sincerely, I haven't done anything yet with it, but I discovered a wide range of cool features: MIDI, Live Soundtrack, and lots more.

So, is there a way to add the Lumetri effects to a project? Or add a signifying effect to the program?

I hope that our MAGIX team reads this supposition!

Hi

. . . . I haven't done anything yet with it . . . .

I would suggest you read the installed PDF manual available under Help, About . . . and view some of the many tutorials in the tutorials section of the forum and on Youtube to familiarise yourself with the existing effects etc that are available in Movie Edit Pro (MEP).

You will find that MEP, and its big brother Video Pro X, and Vegas Pro, also from Magix, already have similar effects as the Adobe Lumetri to one degree or another.

MEP does not have the various scopes, however VPX and Vegas pro do, along with more functionality for colour manipulation etc.

Note: MEP 2015 does not have some effects that are available in the later versions.
