Premimum 2021 error! unable to download - Download failed.Win 10

I have files showing in my download tab as being ready to download. They DL about halfway and fail, giving me the error. Also instruments are not showing and I don't see the instrument edit option to change or adjust the sound. Program crashes lots, as you may see in the error reports being sent. Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and nor can we see the error reports being sent!

What, exactly, are you unable to download? Instruments, Soundpools, Program features, or...? Also, exactly which build of MM Premium do you currently have installed, you can check under Help>About; the latest is 29.0.6.36.

Also, please tell us about your computer. This post will show you the level of detail which can be of enormous assistance in helping fellow-users.

Also, did you purchase MM 2021 "new" or was it an upgrade or even update from an earlier version? if you did have an earlier version, which one?
