I don't have any effects in the media pool showing the download icon. Video Deluxe Premium 2026 appears virtually identical to version 2025 with the exception of the somewhat buried AI features.

I sent Magix a request to merge my email addresses. We'll see what happens.

These are most likely in the Media Pool under the Templates tab. Open everything and scroll down.

How can I access the over 1 million royalty free video and audio assets?

These are under the MAGIX Hub tab in the Media Pool. You have to log in using the valid Magix account - email address (username) and password.

Then click on Stock Media.

The number of downloads is limited; you can see your limits by clicking on My profile in the hub.

I have three separate emails addresses registered with Magix. Two of those are no longer valid. I've tried to consolidate into one profile with one valid email but the Magix system won't let me do that.

Good luck with that. Having 3 separate email addresses means that you have 3 separate accounts, meaning that you are 3 different people.

For you and anyone else reading this. You should never create new accounts just because you want to change your email address. For the life of me, I don't know why anyone would think that creating a new account is somehow going to change the existing account that has a different user name, but there seems to be many people who think that. Like most sites, your email address is your user name. Your products, including their serial numbers, are registered to that user name (email address) and you access your account using that user name (email address) and a password. If you forget your password, you can reset it, but like every other site out there, you will get a message sent to your registered email address allowing you to reset your password. If your email address no longer works, then you won't be able to reset your forgotten password or access your account.

If at some time, you no longer want to use that email address for whatever reason, you have to go into the website concerned using the current user name (email address) and password, and change the email address there. Doing so in your account now binds all of your Magix software to the changed email address and your access to your account will use the new email address as the user name.

Note that going into any account by using the email/username registered to that account, has nothing to do with whether or not the email account itself actually still exists. So long as you have that email address (username) and password for the account, you can get in to change the email address to a new one. The account doesn't check to see if the email address itself still works when you use it to log in; it's just text.

Creating a new account with a different email address gives you a new account. Do not expect that your products that are in a different account are somehow going to magically show up there, they won't. Do not expect your products to work if you try to install them with a user name (email address) different from the one they are registered to.

If you try to activate software with an email address to which it is not registered, you will get Error -24, "which means the email address provided when activating does not match the email address that was provided when previously activating.  To resolve this issue, you may log into your account on magix.com and update the email address to reflect the current email address you are providing.  After doing this your new email address can be used to log in and activate the application."

So, bottom line. Do not create multiple accounts. Just update the one you have.
