Premium Edition needs "VST Support" for 3rd party VST plugins

Hello, so i have Music Maker Premium Edition and i assume it gives me permission to use 3rd party VST plugins such as "Surrealistic MG1 Plus" that i have gotten from the app directly following the instruction. However as i try to launch the instrument it says i want to use a "Premium Feature in a Music Maker Free Edition" and i need to either get a "Premium Edition" or a 10€ "VST Support" function.

Anyone having the same problem?

@JustRaccoon Make sure you're connected to the Internet and logged into your customer account. If this doesn't help open the program settings and click on the button to clean up the in-app-store. This will delete the old cache.
