Preview Rendering feature missing from Movie Edit Pro 2013?

Hello,

I'm running MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2013 and the preview rendering feature appears to be missing.  I looked in the PDF manual to learn how to do it, but the menu options and buttons it describes do not appear in my program.  The icon for the preview render button is nowhere to be found on my toolbar and when I go to File --> Settings in the menu there is no "Preview Rendering" option there.

I'm really confused.  Why is my program not displaying this feature?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
Alice

shinyalice,

Sorry I don't have MEP 2013 to test but the button is there in 2014. Is this what you're looking for?

There are also several entires in the Help file about this feature.

Regards,

Carl

Hi,

Preview Rendering is only available in the Plus and Premium versions, not the basic MEP 2013.

Thank you, Terry!  That explains it.  Still not sure why the manual would explain a feature that's not included.  Oh well.
