@Ann-Short

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

I understand your frustration but no-one who regularly posts here works for Magix so we have no control over or access to any details of any other user's account, sorry.

What is the exact wording of the error message you see? To where have you addressed the emails you've sent? Do you already have a Magix account, because you have bought other Magix software?

One other thought: which Web Browser are you using? There have been a number of cases recently, including for me, where, using Google Chrome and wishing to purchase something from the Magix website, I encountered a completely blank screen. It seems Google has implemented some kind of "security" feature that blocks access to certain pages. In my case I was able to get around this because I have the Chrome extension, IETab, which essentially "converts" the Chrome page to become an Internet Explorer page, but without having to open Internet Explorer itself. Once I used this extension, the blank page was no longer blank and I could complete my purchase.
