Problem with crashing Movie Studio Platinium 2022,Solved!!!

Hi everyone.I had problem with crashing program.When Inworke only with photos,no problem,but when when I add video....it beging to crash,I couldn't even save my project.I follow advices found on this formu and I update my graphic card INVIDIA GTX 1050 ti also I check box "save as proxy" and I make sure that magic is using my GPU not the Intel graphic processor and all works fine ! 🙂 Thank You.

Hi

Can you give more details in order to put the solution into context please, ie:

Computer specification, Windows version and program version number, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full.

Video file format and encoding codec - we normally use MediaInfo to analyse one of the clips and post the results, see this tutorial on how to setup MediaInfo and analyse a video clip for all the data required.
