Dear friends,

I am desperated because I cannot solve my probelms for more than two weeks and my projects are waiting.

Magix support is not efficiant, so you are my last hope!

PROBLEM:

I have some AVCHD files and when I pull them to timeline message pops up "... you need to download expansion package" ... after downloading NOTHING happens because actually - it cannot be downloaded ...

The same message repeats all the time...

Without expansion package I cannot download audio CODEC for AVCHD so I am pissed off !!!!!

Okay, I red that firewall and antivirus can be a probelm

BUT: 

I checked everything (and turned off!!!) but problem still remains... (Win 10, MePro 2016)

Anybody from Magix? Help pls!
