Exactly which version of MEP Premium do you have? You can check under Help>About.
In this situation the first thing to try is to download again the Update patch; as the message says, Please try again. It is possible there was a problem at the Magix server and reattempting the download and installation will be successful. If the problem continues, please post back with FULL details of your computer (this post will show the level of detail which is really needed), including the exact name of your CPU and any separate GPU, as well as which Antivirus and Firewall you are running.
