Well, since we don't know which product and version that you're using, even though you posted under MusicMaker, whether or not you have the free version, Plus or Premium, have activated everything, or even the format of the audio file that you're trying to import, it's impossible to help you. Give us the information that you were asked to provide on the new post screen and we'll try to help.
