i have multiple problems with movie edit pro plus 2021 when i trying to edit a video my screen glitching and freezing up my laptop and when i go to save the video to work on later when i go to open it back up it says that it doesn't work with this file type .

As well as giving the information requested by promidi which will help us other users to track down potential problems I notice that from your screen shot you are possibly editing video clips from an iPhone. Is that correct?
If so it would also be very helpful if you could download the mediainfo tool and use it to show us the file data from one of the clips using the text view.
