Problems with the Upgrade to 2024

The payment process got stuck whilst completing the discounted 2024 program upgrade. I completed my details and paid but the process went into a loop and there were 2 flags to go before the online process was completed. I therefore have no details on how to download the programs and don't have any Registration numbers or licences etc. I purchased the upgrade and some disks and sent a few messages but no replies so far other than mail received.

Check your email spam folder, the responses from Magix often end up there for some reason.

@Joe-Bridge If you bought an upgrade it should be automatically registered to your customer account. Please visit and log in. The check under "My Products" for the serial number and installer.

Notting there. I did state that the process on y0ur website failed before I had completed the paperwork, though the payment did go through but as I hadn't completed the buying process maybe I have not even been sent confirmation yet. The product Registration number in my details area is for my old Magix Music software

This is the old registration number - missing a few characters for security. IF THE INSTALLATION WORKED i would have received a new number. Please check that my account is paid for and valid! I have only received one message after I enquired about the buying process.

I would have sent you the Number via email, but you only supply a No Return email address so I put part of it on here with numbers missing - no problem with you removing it from the message - i understand.
