Inevitable question: have you tried what is suggested in the error message, i.e. redownload the zipped installer file? Also, where did you download it from?

Thanks. Yes, I’ve downloaded it three times with same error trying to install. First time followed the link provided in the purchase confirmation email. Second time from link shown while logged into Magix site. Then again from email link. Same error message. Is the zip extractor corrupted? Thanks for responding.

Hi

The image you have posted looks like and old version of WinRar - in which case that may be the issue.

If you are on Windows 10 or 8, there is no need to use a 3rd party program to open/extract zip files. File Explorer has this capability built in, however you would have to set File Explorer as the default program for opening Zip files once done either.

Double click the Zip file to open it and then copy the contents to a folder of your choice

or

Right click the Zip file and select Extract to....
