Back in November 2023 I bought MAGIX Movie Studio 2024 Suite with Vitascene 5 as an addon. I used it on rare occasions to give atmospheric effects on some old clips. It worked as expected but I thought that for what I do it's too gimmicky.

I then, for some reason, bought MS2025 in May 2025 and Vitascene was picked up by the installation but I never used it.

Today I thought I'd give it another go and see what the transitions were like, and I'm still trying. I can get effects to works but transitions seem to be a no-no.

I've searched this forum, I've read Prodad's instructions, I've read the MS Manual, I've You-Tubed, I've Googled and I've had more than my fair share of cups of tea but applying transitions between clips with Vitascene escapes me.

Adding Effects to clips? No problem, so the Vitascene installation seems OK. I'm sure I'm missing some instruction somewhere but what I don't know.

Would it be possible for someone to knock together a short list of bullet point instructions, or something similar, on how to add a Vitascene transition between 2 short video clips; a task I thought to be easy 8 hours ago (at the time of writing)? I'd very much appreciate it.
