@RichardBaromas-Green In case you get error -24 you enter the wrong e-mail address. You can change the e-mail address in your customer account at a Magix.com.

If you get error -14 you use the serial number for the wrong product. To get the correct installer for the serial number use this link: https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/product-downloads/
