product registration code sent to me does not work

HELP

I bought Magix Music Maker 2013 Premium last year and I was sent the product / activation code.  It worked well until my hard drive failed.  I reinstalled it and now the activation code sent to me does not work. How do I get to speak with anybody at Magix to get me out of this hole?

HI

In replacing the hard drive in the PC you have changed the computer id code which is calculated from at least one or more pieces of hardware installed  in the PC.

An activation code, which has now changed, is usually calculated from the serial number and computer id .

You should be able to re-register the software online with the serial number you have.

If not then email sales at magix and explain what has happened - quote your purchase receipt number.
