I cannot upload crash report as .txt format is not allowed :(

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

To enable us to see your Crash Report copy and paste its content to your next post (i.e., do not try to "attach" it ).

Also, it would be helpful if you were to post full details of your computer spec., see this post for what to include.

Thanks for the reply. I just got it sorted out. After have a closer look at the crash log and a bit of searching I found the OFX issue associated with the NewBlue addin for Vegas.

I Uninstalled again and deleted the OFX files and reinstalled. Seems to be working now.

Unfortunately, the Vegas projects do not load properly which is a downer. I may have to go back to Vegas to finalise outstanding work :(

Thanks for the update and glad you found and resolved the problem.

Currently it is not possible to open existing Vegas Movie Studio projects in the new Magix Movie Studio 18 but we are told that this is being "worked on" by the developers.
